GENERAL

  •  We support paypal online payment. Please open up an account with paypal if you don’t already have one. It’s free to open up, and convenient for all payment activities involved in the U.S.

  • For non-B2B selling, the payment for sold goods goes directly to you, as you are selling using your own account.

    For B2B selling, the payment for sold goods goes to our account. We will bill the payment to you on a monthly basis, based on the cost you offer us.

  • We bill all costs and sales to you on a monthly basis.

     
  • We have established business for over 30 years in the U.S.

    You will have access to record of all information including sold items, left inventory, shipping information, etc.

  • We use standard USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping. We offer detailed shipping costs for all your sold items as requested.

  • Simply click “contact us” and leave your message and information, we will get back to you within 1 business day.

 

SHIPPING

  • We receive any form of shipments, such as small parcels, pallets, or containers.

    Based on your shipping cost, we highly recommend you ship by ocean over container to minimize your cost.

    For emergent out-of-stock items, you can also ship smaller volume by air.

  • You can assign an agency for customs claim. We also can recommend professional agencies for you if needed.

  • We have warehouses in below locations:

    Qingdao, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Shenzhen

    We will have containers from different locations shipping at different times, if you wish to ship with our container, please check with us to see where does our next container come from.

  • We do offer export and customs services upon client’s request. This includes:

    • Go through customs

    • Ship by ocean

    • Pick up and unload goods in the U.S. warehouse

  • Broker handling charge: $100.00

    Customs Entry/Brokerage: $95.00

    Commission: $100.00

  • We get competitive rates from UPS, Fedex and USPS. Based on the shipping cost and customer needs, we will use the most suitable carrier for your shipment.

 

FEES

  • All the shipping costs to the U.S. are paid by clients and not included in Hub-Way Fee breakdowns.

    Based on service types, fees may vary. In general Hub-Way charges below fees:

    • storage (for Hub-Terminal service only)
    • order fulfillment 
    • U.S. domestic shipping
    • overdue storage (when applicable)
    • services not included in warehousing/sales/registration, such as packaging design, accounting service, legal consulting, etc
